How to split orders?
Order splitting can be helpful when you need to send orders in separate packages. VESYL makes it simple and easy to do this.
Simply navigate to the "Orders" page and find your order and click "Edit".
Under Products click "Edit". Click "Split".

How to filter orders by status?
We have 6 different "statuses". Each order will have an individual status.
To filter out statuses that you do not want to see, find "Status" in the top right corner of the screen and deselect the statuses you do not want to see. Your screen will then the number of orders in each status.

Why is an order in an open status?
Orders in Open Status generally do not have a rate selected yet. This can be for a number of reasons, including: no weight on the order, an API error or an invalid address.
If the order is caught in the Open Status, simply correct the needed information and the order will move to Ready Status.
