Frequently asked questions

How to manually verify an address after it has been marked unverified?
Sometimes an address may be listed as invalid, but the customer confirms it is correct. In this case we can manually verify an address with the following steps:
1. Find the order in the "Unverified Address Status" and click on the edit button on the far right.
2. Click "Edit" on the order's recipient address.
3. Click "Set Address as Verified" and click save. This will allow the order to continue through automations.

How to set up address verification?
In Quick Ship, address verification is automatic. For Batch Shipping, we provide Address Verification through our automations.
How to set the unverified status on an order?
To set orders with an unverified address to the "Unverified Address" order status, set an Automation with the following "If" Conditions: "Verified Destination Address=False" & "Is Domestic=True".
The automation "Then" actions will be "Set Status to Unverified Address". These orders will then be able to be filtered and corrected on the "Orders" page.
Once the address is corrected the order will move into the "Ready to Ship" status. This automation should run before any shipping service automation or residential flag automation.
