How to rate shop between specific services?
VESYL allows customers to rate shop not just for the lowest possible rate, but also between specific services.
Simply create an automation where the "Do This" action is "Set Lowest Rate", then select the services you would like to rate shop between such as FedEx 2 Day and UPS 2nd Day Air.
This can be helpful if you are wanting to exclude a service from the rate shop as opposed to rate shopping "All Carriers and Services".

Why is an order in open status?
Orders in Open Status will normally be there due to not having a rate.
This can be for a number of reasons including no weight on the order, an API error or an invalid address.
If the order is caught in the Open Status, simply correct the needed information and the order will move to Ready Status.
