Frequently asked questions

How are orders synced to VESYL?
When we determine the orders to sync from VESYL on the initial sync of the Shopify store, we pull in orders that have the following:
1. Orders that have been updated or placed in the last 7 days.
2. Orders that are paid.
3. Orders with any fulfillment or order status.
You can sync orders in 2 ways. Either by navigating to the Orders tab and by syncing Shopify under Sync Stores, or by navigating to Stores under settings and selecting the timeframe that you would like orders to sync. We have 2 time frames. Either every 10 minutes or 1 hour.

How to filter orders by status?
We have 6 different "statuses". Each order will have an individual status.
To filter out statuses that you do not want to see, find "Status" in the top right corner of the screen and deselect the statuses you do not want to see. Your screen will then the number of orders in each status.
