Frequently asked questions

How can I create a return label?
To create a return label, locate the shipment you want to create a return for, click the 3 action dots (...), then click "Create Return Label."
That will take you to the Quick Ship page, where it will pre-populate your Customer's Address as the Sender Address, and the Warehouse Address as the Recipient Address.
All you need to do is enter a Sender Phone Number, enter the correct weight in oz or lbs (VESYL pre-populates the original order's weight). Select your Packaging and then click "Get Rates" to select a rate and buy the label.

Can I filter the shipments page?
Our shipments page provides powerful filtering and organizing abilities, including draggin and rearranging columns.
To utilize filters on the shipments page, click the 3 action bars next to one of the columns, pinning important columns, and search for shipments based on various criteria.

What is the difference between Shipping Method and Shipping Service?
We distinguish between Shipping Method and Shipping Service.
A Shipping Method is what your customers select at checkout on your eCommerce Store checkout page. Examples are: Free Shipping, 2 Day Shipping or Standards Shipping. An order's Shipping Method can be found in your VESYL account in the Ship Method column on the Orders page. They are often used in Automations Rules to map orders to a specific service or rate shop.
Shipping Service, on the other hand, is the service you are using to ship the package, such as USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
